We Did It!

So, we went to Dr. Dumermuth (my OB/GYN) last week and he informed me that the baby's head was down and face forward (basically, he/she has "dropped")! Yay! We had been worried that the baby would stay transverse for a while, but we are glad that's not the case... Dr. D said that the baby can flip but will not align itself any differently...no c-section for us!
Weight has been gradual and we are right where we should be...things couldn't be going any better. I've been doing low-impact 30min workouts, which have been slowing down from doing them 5-6 days a week to having a horrible week where I worked out 3 days out of 6, thus far. Boo!

Bart and I went out today to get a Diaper Genie Elite, some baby blankets and my brand new breast pump (and I got some Bump-its...hahaha)...hopefully, our nursery set gets delivered soon so we can post even more pics of the room. We tested the monitor (which vibrates every time the door opens/closes...kind of neat) the other day.

Our "Bringing Baby Home" classes are every Monday from 6:30-9pm. Our first day was pretty informational and this Monday we will be touring Meriter Hospital (where the baby will be born). They will also be discussing epidurals either in this session and/the next.

Bart and I went to Quaker Steak this week and were going to take the Triple Atomic Wing challenge...needless to say I had one bite of one wing and that was enough for me! I would have tried for the whole wing, but I was afraid of hurting the baby...believe me, after I give birth I'm getting in on another challenge...I know I can do it!
